Hermie
Dental offices lose hours every morning on insurance hold music. Hermie verifies every scheduled patient overnight and writes the full benefits breakdown into the chart before anyone walks in.
- How
- Clearinghouse check first, payer website second, an AI voice agent calls the payer last. Each step only fills what the one before it missed.
- Where
- Writes straight into Dentrix, Eaglesoft, and Open Dental through a bridge that runs inside the office.

What I know
Docker
I was too cheap to pay for a Windows key, so I watched a ton of YouTube and learned Docker and networking. Now I have a solid base for security-minded, technical work.
Audio engineering
I mix audio for my school's theater. I also mix audio for my church.
Web design
I want to go to business school, or at least start companies. Selling web design to small businesses lets me build those skills with little risk.
